少數(shù)民族雙語(yǔ)班學(xué)生的漢語(yǔ)水平在進(jìn)入高等教育階段之前幾乎都達(dá)到了免漢語(yǔ)預(yù)科的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，使得新疆高校調(diào)整對(duì)其的語(yǔ)言教育模式。少數(shù)民族理科專業(yè)學(xué)生課程授課基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了漢語(yǔ)授課，同時(shí)為雙語(yǔ)班學(xué)生開(kāi)設(shè)了英語(yǔ)課程，并其納入到高校正規(guī)教學(xué)范疇，使外語(yǔ)教學(xué)更為規(guī)范。

筆者對(duì)新疆師范大學(xué)大一、大二理科雙語(yǔ)班共計(jì)119名少數(shù)民族學(xué)生就目前學(xué)校針對(duì)雙語(yǔ)班學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀隨堂征求意見(jiàn)發(fā)放問(wèn)卷和課后訪談了解到大一學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性高于大二學(xué)生，但是對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)方法、學(xué)習(xí)目的沒(méi)有清晰的思路；大二學(xué)生有明確的學(xué)習(xí)目的和方法。針對(duì)英語(yǔ)課納入到必修課范圍內(nèi)態(tài)度調(diào)查示25%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為應(yīng)按個(gè)體興趣以選修課的形式學(xué)習(xí)；對(duì)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教材滿意度調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)43%的學(xué)生覺(jué)得教材編寫(xiě)不合理，希望教材附有少數(shù)民族母語(yǔ)注解的詞匯部分和語(yǔ)法部分；授課方式調(diào)查顯示36%的學(xué)生希望在講解語(yǔ)法部分時(shí)使用母語(yǔ)說(shuō)明。54%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為中學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)不夠正規(guī)導(dǎo)致對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣降低。

三、中學(xué)少數(shù)民族英語(yǔ)學(xué)生與高校少數(shù)民族英語(yǔ)教育比較

中學(xué)與高校少數(shù)民族英語(yǔ)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀的比較有助于發(fā)現(xiàn)英語(yǔ)教育的銜接問(wèn)題。筆者通過(guò)三個(gè)角度對(duì)其進(jìn)行比較：

（一）教學(xué)比較。中學(xué)少數(shù)民族英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的總體目標(biāo)是使學(xué)生初步了解到英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，但是沒(méi)有具體的教學(xué)目標(biāo)；從目前的教學(xué)性質(zhì)來(lái)看中學(xué)英語(yǔ)由于未被納入到升學(xué)考試學(xué)校并未給予很大的關(guān)注；教學(xué)方法上雖授課教室都配備多媒體設(shè)備但使用率不高，仍以傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)為主。大學(xué)少數(shù)民族英語(yǔ)教學(xué)結(jié)合教育部高等教育要求納入到正規(guī)教學(xué)范疇內(nèi)，以英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言知識(shí)與應(yīng)用技能、跨文化交際和學(xué)習(xí)策略為主要內(nèi)容，注重聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力和自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。

（二）動(dòng)機(jī)比較。對(duì)烏魯木齊市民漢合校中學(xué)少數(shù)民族雙語(yǔ)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)外部動(dòng)機(jī)大于內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)，英語(yǔ)課程成績(jī)?cè)谥袑W(xué)階段不影響學(xué)生升學(xué)，英語(yǔ)課稱為學(xué)生的“娛樂(lè)”課，缺少更多的動(dòng)力因素。少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生焦慮動(dòng)機(jī)較高，英語(yǔ)課作為三語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)不但有母語(yǔ)和二語(yǔ)的干擾，而且更讓學(xué)生焦慮的是考試成績(jī)。與中學(xué)相比，大學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)認(rèn)可度高，學(xué)習(xí)目的更清楚。工具性動(dòng)機(jī)也較高，示意出通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)掌握所學(xué)專業(yè)的前沿性知識(shí)或?yàn)榻窈蟮难芯可膶W(xué)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備。

（三）態(tài)度比較。通過(guò)對(duì)31所烏魯木齊市民漢合校中學(xué)生的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和采訪得出學(xué)生對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)示意出積極的態(tài)度，但是在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)上的投入?yún)s并不多。對(duì)于大學(xué)組來(lái)說(shuō)，雙語(yǔ)班少數(shù)民族大學(xué)生的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和采訪得出對(duì)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)持積極態(tài)度，多數(shù)學(xué)生有學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)并為實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)作出相應(yīng)的努力。

四、解決民漢合校中學(xué)雙語(yǔ)班與大學(xué)少數(shù)民族雙語(yǔ)班英語(yǔ)教學(xué)的策略

（一）正確引導(dǎo)學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)。中學(xué)少數(shù)民族雙語(yǔ)學(xué)生在英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)上外部動(dòng)機(jī)高于內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)，在外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)中外部刺激引起的反應(yīng)可以不斷強(qiáng)化學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)機(jī)，而且根據(jù)目的的長(zhǎng)短性來(lái)獲得不同的成就感。內(nèi)部動(dòng)機(jī)，包括通過(guò)參與學(xué)習(xí)而獲得的快樂(lè)和滿足感。從語(yǔ)言習(xí)得角度看內(nèi)在動(dòng)機(jī)起極其重要的作用，教師針對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)策略上向正確方向發(fā)展。根據(jù)教育部最新公布的有關(guān)英語(yǔ)高考變?yōu)樯鐣?huì)化考試采取一年多考形式，鼓勵(lì)少數(shù)民族雙語(yǔ)班學(xué)生自愿參加英語(yǔ)考試使取得的成績(jī)按百分比適當(dāng)加入高考總成績(jī)中，有助于激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣和動(dòng)機(jī)。學(xué)生進(jìn)入大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)階段后，正確闡明英語(yǔ)教育的目的，使學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)和態(tài)度。
